How an Engagement Works

Every engagement follows the same three phase structure.

Phase 1. Diagnose the System

The first two to four weeks are focused on understanding what is actually happening inside your growth system.
Customer journey, channel performance, content engine state, CRM health, measurement integrity, and where execution is breaking. The output is a clear map of what is working, what is broken, and what to prioritize.

Phase 2. Design the Operating Plan

A practical 90 day roadmap with prioritized work, ownership, measurement, and execution rhythm. Three priorities, not fifteen.
Clear enough that your team can execute against it without weekly reinterpretation.

Phase 3. Execute and Stabilize
