About Anand

A full-stack growth operator who builds the engine, not just the plan.

I help founders and growing teams turn scattered marketing into clear lead generation systems. The work sits across SEO, paid acquisition, web conversion, tracking, CRM, automation, and analytics.
Growth Systems

Anand Andhalkar

Strategic growth advisor focused on practical execution, clean measurement, and connected systems that compound.
The backstory

I learned growth by owning the full stack.

Most growth problems do not live in one channel. A paid campaign can fail because the landing page is unclear. SEO can stall because the content strategy has no category signal. CRM can leak because follow-up is too slow. That is why I work across the full system instead of looking at one isolated part.
My role is to make the pieces talk to each other. Positioning, traffic, conversion, follow-up, and reporting should all support the same growth motion. When that happens, marketing becomes easier to understand and easier to improve.

Operator mindset

I stay close to execution, because the useful insight usually appears inside the work.

Systems thinking

Every tactic is judged by how it improves the wider funnel, not how impressive it looks alone.

Working principles

The way I approach growth work.

Clean thinking, practical execution, and measurement that helps teams make better decisions.
01

Start with the system

Before adding more tactics, understand how the current funnel actually works.
02

Make the buyer path clearer

Messaging, pages, content, and follow-up should reduce friction for the buyer.
03

Track what changes decisions

Dashboards should help you decide what to cut, keep, or scale.
04

Ship practical improvements

The goal is not strategy theater. The goal is useful work that moves the system forward.
05

Keep channels connected

SEO, paid, CRM, automation, and analytics should compound together.
06

Stay close to the work

Execution reveals the real problems faster than planning alone.
Core stack

Tools are useful when the system is clear.

The stack changes by project, but the work usually sits across search, ads, site experience, CRM, reporting, and workflow automation.
01

Search and content

Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, WordPress, schema, content clusters
02

Paid and conversion

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, landing pages, CRO testing, form optimization
03

Data and automation

GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM workflows, email journeys, Zapier
Work together

Bring the scattered pieces. I will help make the growth system clearer.

Start with a conversation about where the system is leaking and what should be fixed first.
