Answers before you book
The under $20 figure comes from B2B work, selling to chiropractors, physical therapists and multi location clinics. Patient acquisition is a different problem with different constraints, and I would not quote you a B2B number for it.
Not by addressing the reader’s condition directly. Meta prohibits ads that imply or assert personal attributes including health status, so the angle has to come from the offer, the outcome or the objection instead. That is a creative constraint rather than a blocker.
Only if the events carry outcomes and not conditions. A stage event saying a lead became qualified or booked is fine. Anything that would tell Meta what a person is being treated for is not, and I will not build it.
If you operate under HIPAA or similar, involve your compliance people early. I will work to whatever line they draw.
Yes, significantly. Locations need their own geography, budget pacing and often their own creative, otherwise the strongest site absorbs the budget and the weakest ones never get a fair test.
