01

Signal and tracking

The Conversions API is live alongside your Pixel, not just the Pixel on its own.
Event deduplication is configured and you have verified it is working.
Event Match Quality is above 8 for your main conversion event.
You can say exactly which conversion events Meta is receiving right now.
Meta and GA4 report conversions within a margin you can explain.
02

The lead quality loop

fbclid is captured at form submission and stored on the contact record.
CRM stage changes are sent back to Meta as events.
Closed won deals are sent back to Meta as offline conversions.
You can state your cost per qualified lead, not just cost per lead.
03

Structure and scaling

Scaling thresholds are decided before you raise a budget, not after.
Structure separates cold, warm and retargeting rather than mixing them.
Geo or service area segmentation matches how the business really sells.
You know cost per closed deal by campaign, not just at account level.
04

Creative system

At least three genuinely distinct angles are running, not variations of one idea.
Creative refresh is triggered by frequency and click through decay, not the calendar.
Losing creatives are documented with a reason, not just paused and forgotten.

    What each band actually means

    80 to 100

    Strong

Better shape than most accounts I open. The remaining gaps are refinements, not repairs.
    60 to 79

    Solid with gaps

The most common result. Basics hold, the loop back from the CRM does not, so quality drifts while cost per lead looks fine.
    35 to 59

    Leaking

Cost per lead and cost per customer are moving in different directions, and the gap widens as you spend more.
    0 to 34

    Critical gap

The account cannot tell a buyer from a form filler. Scaling it buys more of the wrong person, faster.
The weighting is not arbitrary. Signal and the CRM loop carry 65 of the 100 points, because those are the two areas where a broken setup is invisible on the dashboard and expensive in the bank account.

Or have me score the account myself

The tool relies on what you already know. Twenty minutes in your account tells me the things nobody has checked, and I will tell you what I would fix first.
