A document you can act on without me
- Findings per area, not a generic template
- Screenshots of what is wrong in your account
- Written for a founder, not for a media buyer
- Ranked by impact, not by effort
- Each fix stated as an action, not a principle
- Marked as something you can do, or something I would
- Live, unedited, ask anything
- Recording is yours to keep
- No proposal attached to it
The audit is the right first step if
- Leads arrive and sales says the quality is poor
- You have an agency and want an independent read on their work
- You have an in house buyer who needs direction rather than replacing
- You want to know the size of the problem before committing to anything
- You would rather implement fixes with your own team
- You have already decided you want someone to run the account, in which case the audit happens inside the engagement anyway
- You are not running Meta ads yet, since there is nothing to audit
- You want a free opinion, which is what the twenty minute review is for
- You cannot share what happens to leads after the form
Answers before you book
The free review is a conversation. I look at what you show me and tell you the one thing I would fix first. The audit is hands on inside the account, across six areas, written up so you can act on it without me in the room.
Most people should do the free review first. If the account turns out to be in decent shape, I will say so and you will have saved the cost of an audit.
Yes, for the audit itself. Read access to the ad account and Business Manager, plus visibility into the CRM and the landing pages. Read access is enough, I do not need to change anything to examine it.
It is your document, so yes. I write it to be handed over. What I will not do is write it as a case against your agency, because that is not what makes it useful. Findings are findings.
Then that is what it says. It has happened, and it is a better outcome for you than an invented list of problems. I would rather write a short audit than a padded one.
Ask me on the call. This is a commercial question and the answer depends on the scope we end up agreeing.
