Services

Four ways to work with me.

One monthly engagement, one paid audit, one specialist implementation, and one white label arrangement for agencies. All four are built out of the same three layers: media buying, creative, and the measurement underneath both.
Seven years hands on, 26+ client ad accounts, up to $300,000 a month in combined Meta spend across the US, UK, UAE and India.
Where most people start
1

Monthly engagement, full account ownership

2

One time paid audit, yours to implement

3

Specialist implementation, one project

4

I run accounts behind your brand

Not sure which one? The free review picks for you, and I have no reason to point you at the biggest one.
The foundation

Every engagement runs on the same three layers

What changes between the four services is how many of these layers I own, and for how long.
Layer 01

Campaign and media buying

The daily work of running the account, with structure built to take budget.
Layer 02

Creative systems

A pipeline of new angles rather than a folder of color variations.
Layer 03

Signal and measurement

The layer most media buyers skip, and the reason accounts stop improving.
Services

Pick the one that fits where you are

Monthly engagement • Flagship

Meta Ads Management

Full ownership of the ad account. I build the structure, brief and test the creative, pace the budget, scale against thresholds decided in advance, and report to revenue rather than to form fills.
The tracking work is included as standard. I do not run an account where I cannot see what happened to the leads.
What it covers
One time • Entry offer

Meta Lead Quality Audit

A written audit of the account: structure, spend allocation, creative in market, audience and geo setup, tracking and lead quality. You get a prioritized list of what to fix and in what order, and it is yours to implement with me or without me.
Project • Specialist

Conversion Tracking and CAPI Setup

The measurement layer implemented properly, as a standalone project. For teams who already have a buyer they trust but have never had tracking anyone will own.
Partnership • Agencies

White Label for Agencies

I run Meta accounts behind your brand. Your reporting, your client relationship, my hands in the account. I deal with your team rather than your client unless you want otherwise.
Not sure which

Start here if this sounds like you

Leads arrive, sales says they are junk

Volume is not the problem. Nothing in the account separates a booked appointment from a wasted call, so delivery keeps buying the same person.

Spend is climbing, performance is not

The structure that worked at $200 a day is being asked to hold at $2,000. That is an architecture and pacing problem, not a creative one.

Tracking has never been right, and nobody owns it

Your buyer recommends server side tracking, your developer is busy, and the Pixel has been half working for a year.

You are an agency needing a buyer who stays invisible

You have the client relationship and the reporting. You need someone in the accounts who will never appear on a call unless you ask.
How it starts

The same three steps, whichever service you end up on

01

The free review

Twenty minutes on your account structure, spend allocation, creative, tracking and lead quality. No deck and no pitch. If nothing is broken, I will tell you that.
02

A written plan

What I would fix, in what order, and which of the four services it points at. If that turns out to be the audit rather than the monthly engagement, I will say so.
03

Start on the highest impact fix

Not a three month discovery phase. The first change goes into the account in the first two weeks, and it is the one that moves the most.
Questions

Answers before you book

Most people should start with the free review, because the answer depends on what your account is actually doing. If leads are arriving but quality is poor, the audit is usually the right first step. If spend is climbing and structure is the bottleneck, the monthly engagement is. If you already have a buyer you trust, the tracking project on its own may be all you need.

Yes. Conversion Tracking and CAPI Setup is a standalone project. Pixel and Conversions API with deduplication that holds, Event Match Quality above 8, fbclid captured at submission and stored on the contact record, and CRM stage and closed won events fed back through Events Manager Datasets.

Your existing buyer keeps running the campaigns. They will just be buying against much better information.

Whichever the account needs, and the review tells us which. Some accounts have sound structure and a broken signal layer, in which case rebuilding the campaigns would throw away learning for no reason. Others have structure that cannot absorb the budget being put through it, and no amount of optimization fixes that.

Then the tracking project or the audit is usually the better fit. I am not interested in arriving to tell a competent in house buyer they are doing it wrong. Most of the time they already know what is broken and have not had the time or the access to fix the measurement layer.

I stay behind your brand, work inside your reporting, and deal with your team rather than your client unless you want otherwise. I have run 25+ accounts simultaneously across healthcare, real estate, hospitality, SaaS and local services, so multi account capacity is not a constraint.

Ad account and Business Manager access, access to the site or landing page builder, CRM access, and a willingness to share outcome data. The last one matters most, because without it the measurement gap stays open no matter which service you pick.
