I run your Meta ad account. All of it, every day.
A monthly engagement where I own the whole account: structure, creative testing, budget pacing, scaling decisions, and the measurement layer underneath all of it. The tracking work is included as standard. I do not run an account where I cannot see what happened to the leads.

Worth saying before you book
- You want an operator in the account daily, not an advisor on a monthly call
- You are already spending on Meta and quality is the bottleneck
- You sell with a sales process, so a form fill is not the sale
- You have a CRM, or you are willing to put one in place
- You can share what happened to the leads after they arrived
- You want a one month test to find out whether Meta works
- You cannot share CRM outcome data, which leaves the measurement gap open
- You need ecommerce catalog and shopping campaigns, which is not what I do
- You want the campaigns run without changing anything about tracking
- You already have a strong in house buyer, in which case the audit or the tracking project fits better
Answers before you book
Yes, and this is the one requirement I will not work around. Without CRM outcome data I can optimize toward form fills and nothing more, which is the exact problem this engagement exists to solve.
I work with HubSpot and GoHighLevel most often, and I can work with any system that exposes its data.
Only if it needs it, and the review tells us which. Some accounts have sound structure and a broken signal layer, where rebuilding the campaigns would throw away learning for no reason. Others have structure that cannot absorb the budget being put through it, and no amount of optimization fixes that.
I do. I brief and write the angles, offers and copy, and produce concepts and variations with AI assistance so the pipeline never runs dry. If you have raw footage, photography or a brand kit, I work with it. If you do not, we start with what can be produced quickly.
It depends on your volume and your cost per lead, and it gets decided with you rather than set as a fixed percentage. An account producing hundreds of leads a month can carry far more testing than one producing thirty, and treating both the same is how testing budgets get wasted.
Yes. If you already have someone strong in the account, the audit or the standalone tracking project is often the better fit, and I will say so rather than pushing this engagement at you.
Looker Studio reporting covering cost per lead, cost per qualified lead and cost per closed deal in one place, plus one review each month where we go through it together. If a number looks wrong to you, it can be traced back to where it came from.
