Meta Lead Quality Audit

Meta Lead Quality Audit

A written audit of your ad account, and a list of what to fix first.

A one time, paid engagement. I go through your account structure, spend allocation, creative in market, audience and geo setup, tracking and lead quality, then write up what is wrong and the order to fix it in.
The findings are yours. Implement them yourself, hand them to your existing agency, or have me do it. All three are fine outcomes.

What gets examined

Six areas, in this order

The order matters. A creative problem sitting on top of a broken signal layer is not a creative problem.

Tracking and events

Pixel and Conversions API setup, event deduplication, Event Match Quality, and exactly which events Meta is receiving compared with which ones you believe it is receiving.

The lead quality loop

Whether fbclid is captured and stored, whether CRM stages come back to Meta, and whether anything downstream of the form ever reaches the ad account.

Account structure

Whether the structure matches your funnel, whether it separates cold, warm and retargeting, and whether it can absorb the budget going through it.

Spend allocation

Where the money actually goes, which campaigns consume budget without producing, and what each dollar is buying at the ad set level.

Creative in market

How many genuinely distinct angles are running, how old they are, frequency and decay patterns, and which objections nothing addresses.

Audience and geo

Targeting, overlap, exclusions, retargeting windows, and whether geo segmentation matches how the business actually sells and serves.
What you receive

A document you can act on without me

The written audit
Findings for each of the six areas, written in plain language, with the specific setting, event or report that shows the problem.
The prioritized fix list
Every issue ranked by how much it is costing you, so the first item is the one worth doing this week rather than the one that is easiest.
A walkthrough call
We go through the document together so you can argue with it. Findings you disagree with are the useful part of the conversation.

Questions

Answers before you book

The free review is a conversation. I look at what you show me and tell you the one thing I would fix first. The audit is hands on inside the account, across six areas, written up so you can act on it without me in the room.

Most people should do the free review first. If the account turns out to be in decent shape, I will say so and you will have saved the cost of an audit.

Yes, for the audit itself. Read access to the ad account and Business Manager, plus visibility into the CRM and the landing pages. Read access is enough, I do not need to change anything to examine it.

It is your document, so yes. I write it to be handed over. What I will not do is write it as a case against your agency, because that is not what makes it useful. Findings are findings.

Then that is what it says. It has happened, and it is a better outcome for you than an invented list of problems. I would rather write a short audit than a padded one.

Ask me on the call. This is a commercial question and the answer depends on the scope we end up agreeing.
