Seven years of numbers, and how each one was measured.
Every figure on this page comes from accounts I ran personally. Where a number has a condition attached, the condition is written next to it rather than in a footnote.

The work behind the two biggest numbers
Home services and lawn care, United States
$300,000 a month across Florida and Georgia

Optimization
What the work involved
- Conversion optimized landing pages instead of native lead forms
- Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 wired from the start
- Ad sets geo targeted and segmented by DMA and service area
- Budget pacing and scaling thresholds set for high daily spend
- Daily optimization across every account in the group
Multi account portfolio
25+ accounts, up to $65,000 a month combined
A portfolio of more than twenty five client accounts run simultaneously across healthcare, real estate, hospitality, B2B SaaS and local services, with combined monthly budgets reaching $65,000.

What the work involved
- B2B healthcare leads under $20 CPL for chiropractors, physical therapists and multi location clinics
- B2C real estate leads under $4 CPL
- Full funnel structure maintained per account, not a shared template
- Creative angles tested per category rather than reused across clients
- Reporting standardized so accounts could be compared honestly
By category
Where the published figures come from
Healthcare and clinics
Under $20 CPL
B2B lead generation targeting chiropractors, physical therapists and multi location clinics. Cost per lead held under twenty dollars at that targeting depth.
Real estate
Under $4 CPL
B2C lead generation at volume. Cost per lead held under four dollars while keeping the lead definition tight enough to be worth calling.
Home services and lawn care
$300,000 a month
Peak combined monthly ad spend across multiple accounts in Florida and Georgia, segmented by DMA and service area.
I have also run accounts in hospitality, B2B SaaS, local services and lending. I do not publish figures for those, because the ones I could publish would be cherry picked and you would have no way of knowing.
The uncomfortable part
What these numbers do and do not mean
Most agency results pages skip this section. It is the section that tells you whether the numbers above are worth anything.
What is true about them
Every figure comes from an account I personally managed, and each one is a real number from a real reporting period rather than a best ever day.
What they are not
They are not averages across every client, and they are not a forecast for your account. A cost per lead is a function of your offer, your market and your competition as much as of the media buying.
What I cannot show you
Client names, account screenshots with identifiable data, and revenue figures that belong to somebody else. Anything I did show you without permission would tell you exactly how I would treat your data.
What to do about that
Ask me on the call. I will walk through the structure, the tracking setup and the reasoning behind any of these engagements in as much detail as you want, live and unedited.
Client words
This section is deliberately empty
“Anand did great work on our Meta ad campaigns. Easy to work
with, knew what he was doing, and I would hire him again
without hesitation.”
